There is a cycle of ice ages and is roughly 40,000 years, we are currently overdue one by 12+ years.
]]>The salinity of the oceans is changing as a result of the ice caps melting (they make fresh water salt water doesn’t freeze) more fresh water in the ocean = less salinity. If you try to imagine how much ice is required to cover areas like Alaska and the lake district in the UK when the big freeze comes, the water has to come from somewhere. When they have drilled into the ice fields to a depth of some 300 feet to get core samples from the last ice age then technically the ice fields must have been 300 feet less than what they are now – and as if by magic they are melting. we are currently being warned about global warming and being taxed to protect us from something which is not possible to stop. The G7 need to concentrate whats going to happen when the world (hell) freezes over and they will be expected to protect us all.
