it’s going to be here quicker than we think. i’ve already seen the 3d printing of homes, 2500 square feet for less than 100k. already seeing automation in every industry. countries already experimenting with universal income. it’s all happening exponentially, but people are too obsessed with trump this and clinton that and kardashian this and pokemon that to notice how amazing the world is becoming.
oh i know. but that’ll disappear too. athiesm is the fastest growing ‘religion’ today. the more we know, the more we ‘know,’ so it gets harder to get dragged into a cult. and sure, we’re seeing a lot of crap, but keep this in mind, we are living in the most peaceful times in human history. EVER. we just know more about the crap when it happens, but on a statistical model, these are the most peaceful times ever. and that’s when there are more people than ever. so as far as i’m concerned, we’re doing pretty good. we just have to get MUCH better at paying attention to the right stuff…
Sounds great, but I doubt we’ll see it in our lifetime 🙁

Universal income is a wonderful idea and gives me hope that we can have a happy and healthy society in the future.
As a Star Trek fan I have high hopes for the future, but cannot see world peace happening while so many people are blinded by religious hate.
