Germany is thriving because of it. Over 50% of their grid is renewable now and it has brought tons of new jobs and industries to their country.
Iceland is at 100% geothermal power and doing great.
Some businesses failed and that happens. Doesn’t mean the entire thing is failed.
Solar industries are booming.
Wind turbine construction is up a lot.
Hell Europe is going to be doing a massive wind operation about a 100 miles away from the UK on a small island to generate power for France and Germany at least.
Just looking here in America the renewable energy industry is booming.
Failures?
Coal is a failure now and has dropped into almost death.
Oil has and is ruining our climate and it too would be uneconomical if oil companies had to pay for pollution costs.
Advancements in wind, solar and even tidal generating has brought prices down considerably and increased efficiency.
Yeah some places didn’t have good luck with it but it was usually due to factors such as:
No subsidized when the industries were first starting and anti green power push back from oil companies.

Hydrocarbon energy production industries are shrinking now.
Even China has cancelled a few hundred coal power plants to switch it over to solar now that their solar industries are exploding.
It is amazing at that. China’s solar industries are about 25-35 years ahead of projections. Not only in business size but also pricing and manufacturing advancements.

This is becoming very intense, I am a American. I hold 15 solar panels own my roof , also hold solar skylights. I haven’t paid a electric bill in 6 months and I own all out right. Solar panels where purchased from the IBEW. I haven’t heard one person complain about nuclear power, it’s not save.

Those are the ones my focus is set on, not the armchair trolls. I first ask them to be respectful, if they don’t, they get deleted and blocked from my collection right away.
