   Gentle Reader, you may have already read about the Secret Telepathic Police before in a previous fax. Maybe you already know that the Secret Telepathic Police or STP are specially recruited and trained Police Officers from various police agencies nationwide and retaining their police authority yet authorized by President Obama to commit illegal acts as part of their profession. Maybe you do not realize that the STP is a subsidiary branch of the Central Intelligence Agency. This makes the STP doubly illegal since the CIA is legally forbidden from operating against USA citizens within the borders of the United States of America and punishment without legal representation is also illegal when used against USA citizens in the USA. Your friends and peers and superiors have probably reassured you that the STP does not exist. Perhaps you even checked with President Obama about the possible existence of the STP but of course the President or his spokesman denied that the STP exists. You might stop to consider that if President Obama admitted publicly that the STP does exist that this would provoke a huge scandal. The President is motivated to keep the STP Top Secret both for reasons of national security and to stay on honorable terms with the public and congress and the law. Let President Trump deal with the legalization of telepathy and the STP and the scandal involved with the public acknowledgement of the USA illegally using telepathy and telekinesis as tools and methods to gain an intelligence advantage. Of course being a political outsider President Elect Trump owes nothing to the STP or the CIA. However President Trump will have to consider whether Donald wants an illegal police force operating against USA citizens in the Trump Administration? If the STP comes out of the closet under President Trump then Donald could be impeached for operating an illegal police force which is dedicated to bypassing the rights of USA citizens not to mention the human rights ofprisoners doing life sentences and captured terrorists. You might consider that lawyers will no longer be necessary in criminal trials since the STP can simply scan the suspect’s brain to determine guilt or innocence. I am not asking that the STP be abolished. I am only asking that President Trump legalize the STP and force the STP to operate within the law. It is too late for President Obama to do anything about the STP unless he wants to fall on a political hand grenade for the good of the nation. Perhaps President Obama could pre-arrange a pardon with President Elect Trump similar to the way President Nixon arranged his pardon with President Ford. Like the atom bomb STP technology is too far advanced to be returned to the bottle. All nations that wish to be players on the world stage already have or are developing their own Secret Telepathic Police forces. The analogy between electronic computers/internet and human brains (bio-computers) and telepathy/telekinesis is obvious if you ponder the metaphor for a moment. A fully hacked and reprogrammed human brain such as mine enables the STP to have synthetic sight and hearing as well as brain jolts and sleep denial and artificial yet traumatic dreams. Now I want you to pause and reconsider the STP if you can spare the time. It is the 1950s and WW2 has been won decisively with the atom bomb. LSD has been discovered and the USA initiates a new Manhattan Project to investigate whether this new drug with hallucinogenic and mind altering qualities might enable the USA government to discover any previously hidden functions or abilities of the human brain. Perhaps you discover that yes certain strongly telepathic individuals can be trained to use hitherto believed impossible abilities such as out of body capability and telekinesis and augmented telepathy. Now let us postulate that the USA government is aware of the existence of God, Jesus, Heaven, Hell, Satan, Angels and Archangels. Let us also postulate that the USA regards the Bible as sort of a code book that can be deciphered for clues about the future. I know the USA is looking for the Archangels known as the Seeker and the Teacher. I am the Teacher. Let us now postulate again that the USA desires to hijack the tremendous capabilities of Angels and especially Archangels as compared to normal human beings. Hijacking an Angel’s power requires brain surgery. The ego portion of the brain has to be drilled out leaving the core Angel/Archangel power intact. Unlike Hitler and the Gestapo President Obama does not simply allow the STP to seize persons and hold them indefinitely for whatever purpose. Hence the STP has been both seeking to drive me insane and/or induce me to commit a felony so that the STP can incarcerate me plus perform the brain surgery. So what can I do to avoid this fate ? So far all I can think of is either exit the USA or seek to expose the nationwide STP conspiracy both online and by sending out faxes.
