Tammy Pirrin How about a malfunctioning human driving a car or truck? We have had many human’s in the past 16 years use car’s and trucks as weapons. Whether driving into crowd’s deliberately, or loading them with explosive’s. Then there are the example’s of malfeasance. Dui driving. Texting and driving. Toad rage. Elderly people no longer functioning properly, causing terrible accidents. There is the garden variety fatality accidents. 40k in the US alone every year. The bar is set pretty low.
